Science is the basis of everything. It has gotten us this far, and it is going to take us further. We classify and study science in four main groups; physics, chemistry, ecology/biology, and astronomy. It has taken us through many generations of evolution and has reflected our way of thinking as humans. To put it simply, science is probably the most important study for us. Learn it, experiment with it, and have some fun.

Course Outline
Course Curriculum

The course is split up into 4 main units:
  • Physics (Light & Geometric Optics)
  • Chemistry (Chemical Reactions),
  • Earth and Space Science (Climate Change)
  • Biology (Cells, Tissues and Organ Systems).

As usual, 70% of the mark is based on in-class work, assignments, etc. 30% of the mark is based on the final exam.

Below we have posted the course outline, which includes information such as: Course content (which is mentioned above), Evaluation, the textbook that is currently in use and other useful information. Note that some information in the course outline may change by next year.
